ARMADA

ARMADA is a modern survivor/roguelite twist on arcade classics like Missile Command and City Defense. It offers fast-paced, all-crank gameplay combined with simple, accessible mechanics and a surprising amount of content and replayability.

My brother and I fell in love with the Playdate device after I received one for my birthday a year ago, and we decided to craft a full-fledged game on it.

We believe ARMADA is a perfect fit for Playdate -not only because of its unique control scheme, but also thanks to its pick-up-and-play nature and deep, rewarding progression.

The full game, including New Game +, offers around 6 hours of gameplay-up to 8 hours for players aiming for 100% completion. A built-in completion percentage tracker lets players easily see how far the've come and what remains to be discovered.

ARMADA throws a flurry of sprites and on-screen action at the player,  pushing the Playdate to show just how much it's capable of!
